Ahh, foster dad is home and gives great snuggle rubs.
Missy always enjoys a bit of a snuggle in the evening.
We always keep a toy handy since when Missy snuggles she eventually wants to play a bit.
When she gets a little mouthy she gets a toy to munch on.
Nothing like a bit of a back scritch. She's trying to work in a tummy rub to!
The news on the housebreaking front is that we still aren't there. We had graduated Missy to full unsupervised run of the house when we were home. And she was doing very well. Nothing turned up on the main floor or the upstairs. However what I didn't realize is that she was headed down to the basement for #2s after my husband had walked her in the backyard in the morning. So were vowing to keep a closer eye on her until she gets the hang of it. We do have a dog door but aren't using it with Missy because my older female Blossom can be very mean when she wants to be so I'm not letting them be together unsupervised. In addition our dog door goes through our garage which is definitely not puppy proof and I wouldn't want Missy to chew on something she shouldn't.
The good news is that in the car on both the way too and from the spay appt. she held it until we got done with the drive and she was out on grass.
